1. What this covers

This notice covers hobeichlegal.com. Taktek, LLC operates the four fixed-price formation sites. They publish their own notices. Those notices apply to anything you do there.

2. What this site collects

Nothing you type. This site has no form, no login and no account. The only way to contact us is an email you send from your own client. If you write, we hold your message and your address to answer it.

3. Analytics

Google Analytics records which pages were viewed, roughly which country from, and what referred you. It truncates your IP address before storing it. It records when someone clicks an email button, and which page they were reading when they did. It sets its own cookies to tell a repeat visit from a new one. Blocking them costs you nothing here.

4. Your client file

If we take your work, the file is held as a lawyer's client file under the professional rules that govern it. Those rules set how long it is kept. That period outlasts the engagement.

5. Who sees it

Google, for analytics. Where a matter requires it, the Commercial Registry, the notary, the Ministry of Finance and your bank. Nobody else. Nothing is sold to anyone. This site has no advertising.

6. What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion of anything we are not professionally required to keep. Write and say which.
